Our antenatal aromatherapy and mindfulness appointments involve the strategic use of essential oils to support relaxation, reduce anxiety, promote better sleep and encourage a positive mindset. We will visit your home, anytime from finding out you are pregnant up until 37 weeks (after 37 weeks we can offer an induction of labour appointment instead). You can relax in the comfort of your own home, while we use aromatherapy, hand & foot massage and mindfulness to help you feel grounded and calm. In this hour long session (this sometimes varies and can be longer), we will guide you through a mindfulness practice incorporating hypnobirthing techniques, this is tailored to your specific stage in pregnancy and will help your mind and body relax. Essential oils such as Mandarin, Spearmint, Frankincense and Lavender possess properties that can elevate nausea, reduce anxiety and help you feel happier. This experience will give you a deep sense of relaxation, help you sleep and carry calmness with you throughout the rest of your pregnancy.
