I am a yoga teacher and I use the Mellow Me ranch during my classes. I have the diffuser oil on which fills the room with gorgeous scents, my students immediately feel relaxed and calm when they enter the studio. The body oil is used during our stillness practise, a little goes a long way and the smell is incredible. I took this product with me in my hospital bag and was a bit nervous to use after I gave birth incase there was any stinging, it did nothing but soothe!! I would spray onto a maternity pad or directly onto my skin - finished the bottle after a couple of weeks. Will 100% purchase again if baby 2 comes along
