Our postnatal aromatherapy and mindfulness appointments involve the strategic use of essential oils to support relaxation, improve low mood and promote better sleep. We will visit your home in the evening, anytime after you have had your baby. You can relax in the comfort of your own home, while we use aromatherapy, hand & foot massage and mindfulness to help you feel in touch with your body again. In this hour long session (this sometimes varies and can be longer), we will guide you through a mindfulness practice, this specifically tailored to your individual needs and has a focus on self love, healing and deep relaxation. Essential oils such as Lavender and Peppermint possess properties that help reduce anxiety, bring you a sense of calm and encourage the body and mind to settle down ready for a good nights sleep. This experience is perfect to give yourself some "me time" amongst the whirlwind of having a newborn.
