To promote milk production, improved sleep and self confidence.  Place 6 drops into the palm of your hands and massage into your skin. This can be used on your stomach, breasts or anywhere else on your body that needs a little love and attention. This oil will surround you in the soothing scents of lavender and peppermint. 

Please be sure to wipe the oil off your nipples prior to feeding baby if recently applied.
